COMPANY is a leading global provider of advanced water systems, solutions and technologies for the oil & gas industry, the energy sector, semiconductor and other industries. As a first-class EPC provider, the group offers solutions to some of the most critical water and waste water requirements.

After 3 years of rapid expansion, Management and Board of the COMPANY had decided to conduct a consolidation project, in order to prepare COMPANY for further future growth. A special focus was placed on an increased efficiency and profitability in project execution and a better cooperation between the global group companies.

Besides focusing on all financial affairs, DEAL.CAPTAIN helped COMPANY in a non-executive role to define the direction of the above project, to hire external advisors, and to steer the advisors through the process.
