Ideally, DEAL.CAPTAIN will assume executive responsibility during the project as interim or project manager within the company, reporting to the existing top management. Due to the often high complexity of the required change, we usually act on “executive” or “senior management” level. As soon as the task is completed, we leave the company and hand over to existing or new long-term managers.
