Dirk is an international executive (CEO/CFO) with many years of successful experience in banking, medium and large corporations and investment funds (infrastructure). Dirk has long-standing achievements in all classical management functions such as risk management, strategy, reporting, controlling, personnel and legal. He has had specific success in corporate finance (IPO, M&A), investment structuring (project finance, acquisition finance, structuring of equity) and restructuring of organizations (people, teams, expenses, business models). Dirk is a high impact leader with strong presence, enthusiasm and proven skills to build and change international organizations. Dirk holds a degree in business administration from the University of Cologne and speaks German and English fluent, as well as French.
